January has seen a few more new additions to the yard with the arrival of a Filly by Motivator and another by Rail Link. Also now on the books is a lovely 3 year old Filly named Abbakova.
So its full steam ahead for the remainder of the month with the majority of the Yearlings starting to canter next week and our older recruits back in and walking.

Is there any news to be shared about Berkshire please?How is he progressing-is he on target for Newmarket?It seems to have been a long winter so I'm really looking forward to the Flat starting.I've got everything crossed that Whatcombe has another excellent season and hope that it is a continuation of last year.Are you in any way hopeful about Circumvents chances in the Winter Derby Qualifier as he doesn't seem to have had much luck finding his way to the winners circle during the last few years and he must be due a change of fortune?Many Best Wishes to all at Whatcombe for the forthcoming season.
