We are represented by Circumvent in the first race today at Goodwood, he is 14-1 in the paper and we are hoping that he makes a good account of himself back over the 1m2f trip.
We are running both our fillies on Thursday in the maiden at Goodwood, Gifted Girl & Swingland. Gifted Girl ran a very good third at Newbury when only getting beaten a lenth and has come on from that run. Swingland is a half sister to Starfala who was beaten a short head in the Park Hill stakes (Group 2) at Doncaster for us and she is showing promise at home.
We have a big day on Friday when Rimth and Silverheels both go to Goodwood. Silverheels has been given a rating of 97 this morning and will run in Richmond Stakes and Rimth runs in the Oak Tree. Olivier Peslier is coming over to ride them both.
A quick thank you to Tony Bradley, our Head Lad, for paying for lunch on Sunday! It was his 50th after all! Best of luck to all our owners this week!

Hayley Overpowers HQ
It’s festival season, and our favourite time of the year. The July meeting at HQ was a success, with some very promising runs from lovely individuals. With Glorious Goodwood just around the corner, we’re gearing up for another successful festival.
Overpowered took the same race Memen won last year for us, and was given an inspired ride by Hayley Turner, who was probably still on a high after her July Cup win. He ran a promising race, and now we’ll look at Goodwood for him.
Earlier on the card, Silverheels ran well to place in a Group 2. Ridden by Hayley again, we were very pleased as it looked a hot race. He may go for the Richmond at Goodwood over 6f.
Swindy ran well on his return to action, just tiring in the final few furlongs having been up there in contention the whole way. There is definitely another race in him.
Away from Newmarket, we also had success with Red Courtier, who got home sweetly by a neck at Kempton. It’s brilliant to see him back after his niggling problems, and as long as the handicapper doesn’t clobber him for that success, he should win again soon. Gifted Girl ran a solid debut race, getting going at the end, and will go for a maiden at Goodwood.
This week, Circumvent is entered for two, but will probably go for the Doncaster race. He has bits and pieces of form, and at his best he is very hard to beat.
Flashbang has had a mucus problem, but we’re hoping she can get back to winning ways this week. She seems in good form at home and is worth a squeak.
Take a Spin should really be winning soon, and has been unlucky a few times. Nottingham should suit and we’re be hopeful of a big run. Daring Damsel will improve for her last run and should be another winner for us.

Silverheels to go to the Superlative!
Silverheels was not helped by the pace at Haydock they went slow and then quickened it sometimes happens in small fields but we are going to take our chances in this type of race because we still think a bit of him.
Red Courtier will have a good chance at Kempton on Wednesday he is on good form and has won on the surface before. We are aiming towards Newmarket with Swindy who has just come right this year but will probably not get in so we have also got him entered at Chester and Ascot over the weekend. Moynahan has got a couple of entries at Chepstow and Ascot he will probably head to Ascot for the 0-85 handicap he is pretty consistent but finds it hard to win. Gifted Girl will head to Newbury she is a nice filly that goes very well. Zing Wing just got a bit tired the last time and she will now head to Newbury for the 0-75, 3 year old fillies only over 7 furlongs. Overpowered will be heading to the nursery at Newmarket but a final decision will be made at the declaration stage he has been crying out for seven furlongs. Strategic Mount will have his debut at Newmarket this year it will be interesting to see how he gets on he seems very relaxed at home this year.
